"All was great but our door key fob was expiring every day and we would go to front reception to address On our 3rd day come to find per the receptionist that the person who checked us in ran it on a day basis instead our entire stay This was a little hassle and the Management should train their employees throughly while checking in their guests. Nemia the concierge is an asset to the hotel as he went above and beyond to make us welcome and was so helpful."

"I have stayed here a couple of times in the past, but things have gone downhill. The shuttle person wasn’t at arrivals and I had to go hunting for the van (the Hilton guy was a great help). Housekeeping failed to come. Door battery went flat and I was locked out fin30 minutes with three trips to reception. But the main thing is that most of the facilities are closed for long renovations with only one temporary restaurant and small corridor cafe. The pool bar was closed even though not affected by renovations. None of this was mentioned on Expedia - but is on the hotels website. Location is still good with secure access to mall - but no longer a 4star plus hotel. There are now better options in POM."
