« Bel hôtel et de qualité supérieure. Excellent petit déjeuner, buffet et service à table pour les plats chauds. Personnels de service formés et particulièrement aimables. Pour les personnels de l'accueil de l'hôtel, c'est un peu plus mitigé, mais globalement positif. Le prix des chambres varie suivant celles-ci. La moins chère est sans lumière du jour dont la fenêtre donne sur un des murs de l'hôtel. Si vous avez besoin de la lumière du jour il faudra prendre le prix supérieur. Sinon elles sont...

« Globalement c’est un joli appart/hotel, plutôt propre mais aux finitions discutables. Les joints de la sdb étaient casi tout noir, fer à repasser dégoulinait, 1 sèche linge sur 3 fonctionnaient. Globalement le service est correct, on est tombé sur quelques réceptionniste pas très souriants. À choisir, on n’y retournerai pas. »

« Personnel tout à fait charmant (mais parlant anglais très inégalement) et chambre très vaste, presque un appartement. On peut juste regretter qu'il n'y ait pas le petit déjeuner, vu le prix ; et l'emplacement un peu bruyant (réveillé un matin tôt par des chants dehors), la contrepartie étant qu'on est bien situé pour aller à l'université de Phnom Penh (moins de dix minutes à pieds). »
