Super service, bel endroit.

Very welcoming staff. We were the only people in the hotel. We shared a tea altogether , then went for a camel ride (do not miss it!) and had an amazing dinner. Really enjoyed our stay there!

If you are planning to visit the Merzouga desert, make sure you stop and stay here before or after your desert camp. This hotel has AMAZING food and hospitality. We are vegetarian and the chef made us one of the best meals we have had in Morocco, a delicious pesto pasta, salads and vegetables. Our stay here was the highlight of our trip. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the resort is both beautiful and pristine. We were fortunate to book on a day when we had the entire resort to ourselves, and the staff kindly arranged a quad excursion in the desert for us while we dined at the restaurant. Dar Meknes Tresor is indeed a treasure. An old Dar in the medina that has been lovingly restored. The hosts really care and were responsive to our needs and requests. Noting that I am an old man who walks with a stick, Rachid kindly offered us either a ground floor suite (normally reserved for families) or a lovely, large room off the stairs between the ground floor and the next one up. Great place to stay near Merzouga, great host, beautiful place and just beside an Oasis and the Dunes. Like 5 minutes walking. Super place to stay, it is near everything.
