Newly renovated House with garden, swimming pool and outdoor dining
facilities in centre of Medulin. Kitchen with dinning area and living room on upper floor. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are spread trough 2 floors. Free parking and Wi-Fi.
The house is located Medulin centre 20m form bank, shop, restaurant etc,. The nearest beach is pebbles beach on Vizula 5min walk away (300m). Sandy beach Bieca is 1 km distant. This holiday home is ideal for families or small groups. The house is fully furnished for eight people. It provides four nicely decorated bedrooms. Living room is combined with dining area and kitchen. Kitchen is equipped and includes fridge, freezer, electric stove, oven and all other kitchen utensils. Besides that, there are two bathrooms both with shower. Guests also have air condition, TV, WiFi, bed sheets and towels. Parking is in house courtyard.
Key feature is private garden with swimming pool and dinning area and barbecue, solar shower.
Pets are welcome for a fee but are not allowed to stay in the Villa alone without supervision. They are not allowed to be on sofa, bed or blankets and sheets from Villa. They are not allowed to go in the Pool. Please clean after your pets do there things.

Okay

Man konnte direkt vor der Türe parken, was super war. Auch der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat Infomaterial für Unternehmungen bereitgestellt. Für unseren Geschmack hätte es ein wenig sauberer sein können. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden.

Renoviert. Gut gelegen. Zum Strand ca. 15Min zu Fuß mit Kindern

Das Objekt wurde vor ca. 3-4 Jahren renoviert. Badezimmer sind sauber. Generell war das ganz Haus sauber und ordentlich. Der Pool wurde durch den Besitzer 1x. die Woche mit einem Sauger gereinigt. Die Outdoor Küche ist ebenfalls top. Wir haben jeden Tag nur dort gegessen.

Alles gut

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Bei Problemen war er, nach Anruf, in wenigen Minuten für uns da. Für uns ( 2 Familien mit 3 Kindern und 1 Hund) war dieses Haus ideal. Zu dem Sandstrand in Medulin sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren - was aber auch für gute Fussgeher zu Fuss machbar gewesen wäre. Gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße

Schöner Urlaub in Medulin

Wir haben eine Woche in Medulin verbracht. Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Kap Kamenjak ist zum Baden super. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war geräumig und zentral gelegen. Man konnte in Medulin alles zu Fuß erreichen.

Es ist ein gut renoviertes Haus mit schön eingerichteten Zimmern. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall dieses Haus zu Mieten.
