Minimal amenities, however, the only place I could find with no extra fee for a dog. No surprises with extra fees like some other motels at check-in. Well worth the low price per night. Staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and respectful. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

I’m a single female with a dog. I’m in Medford for truck driving school. My first week I stayed at the north Medford location, and found it to be absolutely awful, so my expectations were not good for the other side of town. I was very happy to see that the motel 6 on Alba was cleaner and quieter. The staff was great too, keeping me in the back and allowing me to get rest. I was very pleased to have the baseball fields right next to the hotel where I could take my dog for play time after school. Shopping is close by, with big stores and plenty of food. I will be back, and recommend staying there to anyone.

My room was VERY hot when I checked in. I would guess about upper 70’s maybe even 80 degrees. I’m usually comfortable around 68-73 and when I opened the door it was like a sauna and smelled like cigarettes, badly (non-smoking room). It was so late from driving 8 hours I decided to prop a window open and call it a day. It made me nervous for the night because a guy watched me unpack my car at midnight from the balcony of his room and didn’t stop watching me even when I kept giving him this look that I was uncomfortable. So propping the window wasn’t ideal and the fan switch in the room was broken so there wasn’t any other way to make the room more comfortable and smell better. The guy who checked me in was great and very helpful. I didn’t know where to park my car with the trailer and he made me feel like my car/trailer would be safe where he showed me to park it. So this review is about the room condition not the service.

It’s a cheap Motel 6, but it’s safe and the staff was friendly. It’s well lit on the outside but the curtains are blacked out. The parking was plentiful and we felt safe sleeping there.
