I love our stay while in Medellin. Loved that felt safe to walk around at night. The staff was friendly and breakfast staff was so welcoming every morning. We really thought the location was great because very close to the 70th and Stadium for local night life but also chill spots around. Also close enough for more American options by the parks of Laureles.

Fantastic Stay in Laureles Highly Recommend! This is an ideal place to stay for anyone visiting Medellin. The location in the Laureles neighborhood is perfect, it's a quiet and safe area, but still just a short walk from the vibrant Calle 70 with all its restaurants and nightlife.

Nice little hotel in the safe neighborhood. The Good bits: Friendly, helpful staff. Nice rooftop restaurant. Good breakfast. Safe area with lots of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk (especially the restaurant opposite). About 15 minutes walk to the nearest Metro station. The Not-so Good bits: the room (207) was a little sparse with no bedside lamps - just the main light - which made it quite bright and stark. Also, the bathroom was small and poorly designed (the light switch was behind the door, so you had to go in and close the door, then fumble around in the dark for the switch). The rooftop terrace was nice, but didn't open until 8pm. It would have been nice if it opened earlier. We would probably stay here again if we ever returned to Medellin, but would ask for a different room and hope it might be better.

The ladies at the hotel are super friendly and willing to help. At the breakfast every morning I felt welcome. Gabriella from the reception is a most keep. She is super sweet and a problem solver. She is the reason I will be back

The standard room was small but if you are traveling alone you can get by. Would recommend key cards do not show room numbers in the event of loss or stolen for security reasons.

They tricked you with wrong pictures

Overall it was a disappointment, at first I decided to book this hotel because the pictures they use to promote their stay are catchy and in which you see wide and confortable spaces with an amazing view of the city. However, as soon as I went into my room I found out that I didn't even had a window to see the city, and right after you open the door you will notice that there is no room for nothing else than the bed, it was the smallest room ever seen. I asked the front desk and they stated that was the room for the price I had paid, I felt tricked because they made me paid for something I didn't know and with the pictures of other rooms that I still wonder if are real. The story won't stop here, besides that craziness, you have to call every single time the front desk to let them know you have to take a shower because hot water is controlled, and NOT HAPPY with that, if you get visitors you have to pay 60 Thousand pesos after 20 minutes visit. It was the worst stay you would ever want to have.

No vuelvo. El servicio del personal no fue para nada agradable. Realice pagos en efectivo y al último día me estaban cobrando porque nunca apareció que los realicé. Los aires no enfriaban. Las frisas súper pequeñas. Lo único bueno fue la ubicación.
