All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you Gaby for taking care of us and going the extra mile when we were having issues with our flight. Would highly recommend, rooms are simple but all that we needed. A massage on arrival and the rooftop hot tub was a lovely treat.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Had one noise complaint with people blasting music at 1AM, staff was able intervene and resolve it. Does not have AC, was not horrible for Sept weather, but be aware for peak summer season. Has a functional fan. Small petite room, functional bed. I do appreciate to have a soft and hard pillow. Wi-Fi signal is terrible. Good location. About 8 minutes walk to el pablado park. Decent options of restaurants nearby, def on the more expensive end. Special shoot out to Terrone Pizzeria, solid pizza.
