Nice hotel with a very clean room and comfortable bed. The room is very basic but the price is worth it. The only items I would improve would be the AC which took long to cool down the room and a bottle of water in the room. Nice and friendly staff!

I have stayed here many times. It’s a nice clean hotel at a great price. I really enjoy their breakfast. They usually have a nice soup. I come to Medillen usually on errends. And it is a nice location next to a mall, the metro and a 15 minute walk to the best steak in Medillen at Aldo’s. It’s not a fancy hotel as the name states, but for being budget it is nice and I feel that it has gotten nicer in the last year.

Front desk staff ranged from borderline rude and inefficient to excellent (most were in the latter category). Beds are quite hard but acceptable. Rooms are small and very basic, which is to be expected. The location is excellent, connected to the Itagui metro station and Mayorca shopping centre. I would stay there again.

Huge mall within walking distance. The hotel is comfy, but the rooms are small. Service is great. Breakfast was pretty good and is different daily. The key cards only work on the floor your room is on. The only thing is that the room number is on the key card. Convenient snacks and drinks on site, but expensive. I would return to stay here just for the staff. They were great.

Great place, safe with value for money

The staff were helpful and accommodating, the rooms were neat and tidy and the meals provided were excellent introduction to colombian cuisine. The view of the city especially at night was amazing. The point of improvement is on phone service to contact if there were issues. Hotels. Com and i , tried to contact the hotel by phone and email but there was no prompt response. However id still give the staff and premises 5 stars. The security staff also made safety and customer service a premium experience.
