Guest Access:
The building provides security from Monday through Friday during working hours, ensuring a safe and secure environment for both short and long stays.

Please note that during check-in, guests must receive a key to the front door, as security is not available 24/7. Keys can only be delivered during the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
We kindly ask you to plan accordingly to ensure a smooth check-in experience.

The Neighborhood:
The Terrazino Building is located near the Primer Parque. Amazing night life, restaurants, very close to the metro station, very easy to get around. Within walking distance of the Estadio Metro Station. Also you can find walking distance, 5 mins approx, to Unicentro mall for everything you may need: pharmacy, restaurants, ATM, super market, etc. 10 mins approx. walking distance to La 70 and Segundo Laureles Park through the city’s Zona Rosa pedestrian area with great restaurants, cafes and shops.

Getting Around:
With convenient access to public transportation options, including buses and taxis, exploring Medellín is a breeze. Whether you're headed to the city center or embarking on a day trip to nearby attractions, getting around couldn't be easier.
