Hotel has an excellent location ,also is very clean ,staff are amazing,special housekeeping personal ,front desk awesome Jefferson ,hotel has a restaurant with an excellent service,cookers is real good and service Jesus David is very dedicated to his work and excellent relationship with the customer, I was in Medellin twice and stay in the same hotel for 10 days , recommended to all people also located in the best place of Medellin Laureles

A little small room
Nice, clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, just a small room with a bathroom. Well worth the price. For travelers who like to keep things simple.

This property is centrally located and in close proximity to several amenities including restaurants and bars. It is a good choice if you want to be in the center of Laureles at a reasonable price.

The hotel need a update of the rooms. The rooms are old and don’t have the right maintenance. I stayed here in 2019 and back in 2022 the room was disappointed.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

MAIDS STEAL and go through your bags BE CAREFUL 👎
I caught the maid going through my wife’s purse and through our luggage while we were having breakfast downstairs. We found $100.00 missing from my wife’s wallet and $100.00 missing from my wallet. I called the manager and he did nothing. Told me read the fine print not responsable for anything. Would not even check maids pockets because my wife would not let her leave the room until manager arrived. DO NOT STAY HERE the maids will go through all your stuff and steal from you. They also stole some makeup from my wife’s makeup bag. The management must be in on it to because they would not even search the maid when we caught her and wife contained her in the room until manager got there. Lesson learn here. We checked out Immediately. We heard other people had the same problem.

Too pricey while being too basic
It was okay, to be honest it is a little too pricey for the amenities and the room itself. The room was very basic and I wasn’t handled a room key until couple hours later. *Room electricity doesn’t work without the room key so I spent couple hours without A/C, TV, etc...

The hotel is conveniently located around many restaurants, laundromat, offers laundry services on the premises, and about a 15-minute brisk walk to the metro station. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The complimentary included breakfast is tasty and filling. It has a rooftop bar and whirlpool tub. The room that I reserved had a Jacuzzi hot tub and it was fantastic. The cable was very limited in selection, but you could watch YouTube or Netflix. Very decent hotel that is reasonably priced. The property was neat, clean, and attractive

On the positive side it is centraly located, simple and good value. On the negative side, I was not treated properly and with respect by a staff member at breakfast, there was not a manager to complain to. Those kind of things can definately ruin a good experience
