Well they should atleast have proper WiFi connection and I would recommend a restaurant at hotel.. and guys plse get a proper shuttle service …other than this all good.. would do it again

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We were walkable to the tourist area of El Poblano but the hotel is in a quiet area close to shopping malls and some restaurants.

My stay was very good, but I did find the room to be a little small for my taste. But the price/quality ratio was perfect. Location is perfect and the entire building looks nice and modern

Very basic. Could be better!
No English was spoken. Breakfast was basic and cold. Microwave available to re-warm. They charged extra (cash only) for guests. A reciept was not given. The cash was probably kępt by the receptionist. The guard At the front door was not friendly.

Pretty good
It was a pretty good stay. Terrific service, area of the city, and everything needed was close by. The only issue is that my flight was late and had to rearrange bookings and the price skyrocketed. After the price increase, we sought shelter elsewhere.

Hotel needs help with their rooms and amenities
Internet was terrible and did not work, no hot water on second day there, cable tv offered was so fuzzy that I couldn’t turn on the tv. Room is very small with basically no storage not even for one person and room was for three people

The place is fine, you get what you pay for. It really is nothing to write home about. The cleaning staff can be a little bit too eager to clean your room, sometimes wanting to clean even before we were out of the room, Internet access can be a but finnicky. Both of these things are nitpicks honestly, the room and the entire hotel in general was clean. The food was fine also.

It's 2022 and there is no excuse for not having reliable internet that enables one to work in the hotel. We notified the staff and they increased the 'speed' of our connection. This does NOT fix the signal to our room (spotty). Nor does it fix fundamental underlying instability in their internet service. Medellin is known for solid internet. No excuse for this.

Beware of lengthy check-in delays but ok hotel.
This is a convenient hotel and very reasonably priced. Continental breakfast is adequate but nothing special. Check-in service, however, was atrocious and took over 40 minutes. Too few staff. Too little focus on promptly progressing with waiting guests. We completed the documentary part of check-in earlier in the afternoon, but the key could not be released until after the scheduled check-in time. Yet, to our total disappointment, we were then bounced back in to the general check-in queue rather than someone from the check-in desk having the common sense, efficiency and professionalism to just hand over our room key card.
