Wonderful stay here, hope to stay again. Wonderful experience there. Hope can have better breakfast choices. Hope can have better shower gel and replenishment done everyday.

request for window have to pay extra RP200,000 per room for 2 night

2) move to window room , Air condition not working move again.

Absolutely Poor WIFI and Lazy Night Shift front desk staff. Approached front desk and found him sleeping and asked to look into the wifi issues as it's not connecting throughout the whole night. Gave unacceptable excuses such as, no technician and only available at 10.00am. Assured me that he will inform morning shift to follow up and upon checking with front desk, No communication took place. Insisted to change room. Found wifi is intermittently connecting. What a Disaster.
Everything is good just the bad part is wall soundproof need improvement

Small rooms and bad bathroom
I booked one night because I wasn’t sure the condition of the hotel and that thinking paid off for me. First the hotel is new and clean the problem was the room the room was so small you can only get to the bed on one side! Second problem is the bathroom as soon as you take shower you see the water running to bed because the shower has zero gab to hold water for those reasons I decided to check out next morning.
Having said that, the staff were good and helpful, it’s breakfast also good overall the hotel is New and has mini refrigerator and tea what kills the deal is the rooms and bathroom condition.
Good breakfast, spacious room with TV - The hotel has a very nice Batik theme which makes it distinct. the room was clean nad spacious. The staff are pleasant. The AC was not strong enough even at the highest setting, and could do with servicing.
I was given a economy room with no windows. Terrible. It's like staying in a coffin. Can't imagine. Expedia should have warn the guest in regards to the room when a booking is done. I spoke to the duty manager and requested him to change the room with a window. They oblige and was given, after sometimes later. The toilet bowl is dirty with brown stains. The room is very small. Hardly can move around. Overall, I will not recommend to my friends.
