We were given a dirty room with mold on the ceiling and side walls. Reported the details and sent photos to Expedia. We were reaching out to Saudi Arabia Health Authorities before the room was replaced. It is nonrefundable 😌 They never cleaned the rooms throughout our stay, even after multiple requests. The location was terrible and was least occupied, and I paid for Door keys left in the room: The worst possible experience any traveler could have had on a spiritual journey.
