The staff welcomed you as soon as walked in the door. I was greeted with a genuine smile and introduction. Everyone was pleasant, professional and went out of their way to make sure everything was as it should be. Really great place to stay at a very reasonable price.

Everyone was friendly staff… clean. Only thing I did t like was there was a lady that had 2 dogs next door. Dogs don’t belong in hotels. I am allergic.

I have been staying here for every visit to North Carolina for the past two and half years! every time has been peaceful, relaxing and excellent. The staff always all the way around greed you with great customer service. Keep up the great hospitality!

Didn't like, old rotting bananas at breakfasts. No tissues in the rooms, and not a variety of tea options for those who don't drink coffee. Sometimes the small things matter.

Conveniently located, clean and great breakfast. At check in I was asked if I wanted housekeeping service and I said yes. This didn't happen. We had to ask twice for towels and housekeeping only showed up one time after we called the front desk to ask why they hadn't been there. Water pressure in bathroom sink couldn't even rinse iff my toothbrush.

Quiet hotel with comfortable beds
Quiet hotel with comfy beds. Nice workout area and breakfast in the morning. Leaky faucet and torn shower curtain just minor issues.

Clean modern hotel
We had an awesome stay. Very nice, clean hotel. Walking distance to several restaurants. Quick and easy access to I-40. My only complaint was they only left 3 bath towels in our room and we had 4 people. Everything else was perfect.

It was easy to book the staff was very kind and made everything simple and smooth we even had time to walk to the Cracker Barrel across the street sit down wait for our food and take it back and eat it in our room before closing just the best
