The apartment is on the third floor and has lift access, it also has underground parking if required, parking is 10€ per night or 50€ per week. Parking is included in winter offer.

The apartment is very well equipped, there is lots of storage space, we also provide iron, ironing board and hair dryer.
Bedding and towels are provided, but not beach towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped, if you should choose to eat in. There is a dining area, also on the balcony, which has sea views, is a table with 4 chairs.


The Costa Calida (Warm Coast) has its very own micro-climate. There are around 320 days of sunshine a year, with temperatures averaging 32 degrees in summer and 18 degrees in winter, the sea temperature rarely falls below 18 degrees C.

The coastline of Costa Calida is made up of small inlets, coves and beautiful unspoilt beaches with mountain backdrops. This part of Spain is largely undiscovered and is unspoilt be commercialism, no package holiday hotels, but very popular by the Spanish holiday makers who flock here in the summer.

Cartagena is 30 mins and Murcia City is 50 min away and can be reached by car or public transport. Cartagena is an ancient historical city with many tourist attractions, including open top bus, boat trip of the harbor and many historical sites. Murcia is excellent from shopping with its designer shops and upmarket department stores. There are many plazas surrounded by traditional tapas bars.

Puerto de Mazarron has a great harbor and new marina, with many diving schools and other water activities. There is a palm lined promenade with lots of bars and restaurants and shops.

There are many Blue Flag beaches where you can swim, snorkel, windsurf or just sunbathe.

Nearby is Bolnuevo which has a large sandy beach, and strange large mushroom like carvings out of sandstone. In November Bolnuevo hosts the famous Sardine Festival. Well worth a visit.

About 40 min drive lies the Parque Natural de Sierra Espuna, a must for walkers and climbers, with 250sq km of unspoilt highlands and trails, there you will see wild boar and goats roaming around.

For those golfers, Camposol Golf is15 min drive, if you fancy a round there you can hire clubs etc. If you want to go a bit further there are many clubs including Condado de Alamo, Hacienda Del Alamo, Desert Springs and of course the famous La Manga course.

Cheap flights are available from Ryanair and Easyjet, these are two of many airlines that fly into Mucia (Corvera) which is 45 min drive or Alicante and Almeria 1hr 15mins.
