Lovely 3 Bedroomed [ALL AIR CONDITIONED] 3 Bath Detached Villa with one of the LARGEST private swimming pools on the whole urbanization, It's for your sole use and is ideally situated only 10/12 minutes walk from over 20 bars & restaurants in the Camposol Commercial Centre.Only 15 minutes drive (public transport available) from the beautiful seaside town of Puerto de Mazarron. The villa sleeps up to 8 people. It is fully fitted for a lovely holiday. A real home from home, you will not be disappointed. Unlike many holiday villas that are rented out where you may get 6 spoons, 6 knives, 6 forks, 6 plates etc. (you get the idea) well with our villa you get a complete home, we don't do inventories and we don´t count the spoons! our guests are our friends. Kids will love our huge pool and our brand new totally separate KIDS SPLASH / ADULT CHILLOUT POOL (ideal for ladies who don´t like wet hair). British and Spanish TV, Wii FREE Wifi all year round, Villa is available for Families only please. Sorry but Hen / Stag or similar parties are not accepted at this villa. Please note, the owner of this property is only 5 minutes away and is always available to sort out any problems. We look forwards to welcoming you to sunny Spain. To give you details of the villa, there are 3 Air Conditioned Bedrooms, one upstairs is an en suite double with a recent new mattress, it has a full bathroom and has access to a large private sunbathing terrace. Downstairs are two bedrooms, both bedrooms have a double bed with a single bed above.this bedroom has its own Air Conditioning Unit and an adjacent shower room. The third bedroom is an en suite with a full bathroom, this room also has its own Air Conditioning Unit, this room also has a double bed with a single bed above which kids love ) A childs cot is also available and can go in the upstairs bedroom if required. The villa is only about 10 / 12 minutes flat walk from the Camposol commercial centre with about 23 bars and restaurants. The rear garden area is now totally enclosed and lockable for safety. Sorry but due to recent abuse by a family that booked in one dog and turned up with 4 dogs that barked solidly for a full week our policy now has to be NO DOGS.
