Gîte in Maulévrier, a 15-minute walk from Parc Oriental and a 30-minute walk from Puy du Fou. With its three bedrooms and enclosed garden, the gîte offers many nearby attractions, whether you're with family or friends:  
  
\- Shops are within walking distance (1 km): bakery, butcher, supermarket, tobacconist, and newsagent.  
\- Hiking from the gîte and around Lake Verdon: a bird sanctuary for wildlife observation and fishing from the shores.  
\- Château Colbert, renowned for its restaurant and vegetable garden (15-minute walk from the gîte).  
\- Lake Ribou, 7 km away, offers numerous activities: restaurant, mini golf, catamarans, windsurfing, canoeing, and kayaking. Take a tour of the lake for 11 km of bliss!  
  
It is also 10 minutes from Cholet, 30 minutes from Puy du Fou, 45 minutes from the Doué-la-Fontaine Biopark, 50 minutes from Angers, Nantes city centers, and Saumur, and 1 hour 15 minutes from the Vendée beaches (Les Sables d'Olonne).
