O anúncio dizia 40m2, mas quando cheguei me deparei com um quarto e banheiro, de 20m2\. Isso me deixou decepcionado, pois não tinha pia para lavar a louça, tive que lavar na pia do banheiro. Apesar disso, local limpo, água quente, cama confortável, uma bela vista quando se acorda é prédio com boa estrutura."
