Fisherman's Cottage at Matlacha
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! This incredible Pine Island Sound waterfront home on Matlacha Island in SW Florida offers the absolute best sunset views in all of Florida. Watch the manatees and dolphins play beneath the pelicans, osprey, eagles and rosetta spoonbills. Catch snook, trout, tarpon and redfish off the dock, or untie your boat and head out to some of the most beautiful, fish infested waters in the world! Don't have a boat? Hop on the provided kayak or our guide's boat.......
Old Florida at it's finest! You can walk to any of the island's art galleries, gift shops, restaurants, and bars within 5 minutes or so. A couple blocks away you will find a beautiful waterfront park with large playground and boat ramp, as well as the "Fishiest Bridge in the World" for more world class fishing. If you'd like to take a dip in a beautiful pool, the community pool is just a few minutes drive.
There is parking for several cars and boat trailer on the property. Kayaks and bikes are provided.
