Get set to relax with our Cleaning fee which includes beds made up for you on arrival with quality hired linen and towels for all booked guests. We\`ll manage the departure clean\*\* and the dirty linen too so you can holiday until the last moment! This classic kiwi bach offers open plan living with 3 bedrooms that comfortably sleep 7\. This charming bach has kitchen facilities and games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained in the evenings. Cook a feast on the BBQ and lounge on the outdoor furniture in the private, sunny garden. This is a great place to bring your children and the family dog (pet fees apply). With the local Store, where you can enjoy refreshments and a yummy ice-cream and coffee, within a minutes’ walk away, Kiwi Classic is perfectly located for you to enjoy the best the Tutukaka Coast has to offer. Guests have full access to the home and outdoor area. Holiday Stays will contact you by email prior to your booking. We are also available by phone and are are locally based for any questions or issues you may have during your stay. A pet fee of $65.00 per pet is payable and is non refundable. Please be honest and advise of your intention to bring a pet at the time of booking. Any undisclosed pets could result in guests being asked to leave. The bed linen configurations are supplied up at our discretion based on the number of people booked. Double, Queen, King beds will be automatically assigned to 2 adults unless otherwise advised by you at the time of booking. If you require any additional linen changes during your stay then this will incur extra costs as per our terms and conditions. Be careful of dishonest hidden fees, I was told this fee was “mandatory for health and safety reasons” which obviously makes no sense, and I got no response when I asked for an explanation. The house was very clean and well equipped and we really enjoyed its retro aesthetic - made it feel like a proper 'bach holiday'. Also more spacious than I thought it would be - plenty of room for the four of us. The big backyard was great for the toddler to run around. 5 minute walk to the beach and lovely walk to Whale Bay were highlights too. ##### Clare M.
