Signed up for the airport shuttle and it was 20 minutes late.

The room was nice overall as far as hotel rooms go but at this price it should have been spectacular. The fridge did not have a little freezer. The coffee make didn’t make coffee. The bed was comfy and the bathtub and shower were nice. The cost compared to what you get did not add up. I would definitely not stay here again. We went to spa at $125 pp but it was just a bunch of hot tubs and saunas. I think we could have stayed at the hotel and used the hot tub and sauna there for free. The front desk check in process was terrible. No one offered to help us with our bags and no bag caddy was available. The check in person was rude and un helpful - made me feel like I should not be there because I booked thru Expedia. The tram was just ok. It is a lot of money for not much. The food was all overpriced and most places were closed. Room Service food was all cold and hamburger was raw in middle and it was not expensive. Overall I would never recommend staying here.

I would not stay here. We did not feel safe. There were drug addicts roaming all around and our room and door had no security and were in the back were no one was except the addicts. I was afraid that we would get robbed the whole time I was there. The room was stinky and stuffy. The shower was a drizzle. Pro was mini fridge which had a small freezer. Towels were tiny. Room was tiny. Bed was comfy.
