Walkingbto Sky City is easy butbthe cbd streets are littered with homeless people so it wass a bit uncomfortable. If not for the area the hotel would rate 4 on every aspect "

"Where do we begin? Our personal experience of this hotel was nothing short of perfection. The location with the lake situated behind it was gorgeous (even in the rain). The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The bed was probably the comfiest bed we have ever slept on and the breakfast... The Riccotta Pancakes and the Croissant French Toast were the best breakfasts we have ever had. We'll both miss those greatly. The location is also great if you are wishing to visit Hobbiton as it's only (roughly) a 30 minute drive. It's a good hub point. The town is roughly a 10/15minute walk where you can find some great restaurants (Such as Alpinos!) We cannot wait to comeback. "
