Inside, the home offers comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living area, and everything you need for a relaxing coastal stay. Outside is where this property truly shines with plenty of room to lounge, grill, gather, and enjoy the breeze coming off the river.  
Whether you’re here for fishing, beach days, boating, or simply soaking up Matagorda’s laid-back charm, this riverside retreat puts you close to the harbor, shops, restaurants, and the beautiful Matagorda Beach.  
Sleeping arrangements include:  
Primary Bedroom - King Size Bed and a Twin Sofa Bed  
Main Floor Bedroom- A Queen Bed and a double futon.  
Bunkroom - 2 Queen and 2 Twin Beds

#### Wonderful holiday with the family

Very comfortable place with all the cooking essentials in the kitchen. Easy access to the beach and great fishing off the pier. Plenty of of room to park our vehicles under the house when it rains. Definitely coming back

#### Weekend Fishing Trip

We booked a stay at this property for my birthday. Home was very spacious and clean. There were plenty of towels. Kitchen had dishes/silverware/pots/pans that made eating in easy and convenient. Be sure to bring spices if you’re going to be cooking. The highlight for our group was the private lighted fishing dock, cleaning station and all of the seating available outdoors. Our family really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again in the future!
