Staff were very friendly and helpful, arranging 2 rooms next to each other, one with a cot for a baby. The rooms were spacious and had an armchair and couch. The breakfast buffet, whilst not the most extensive, was more than sufficient. One downside is that it isn't the most accessible hotel I've stayed in. We had a baby in a pram and found it wasn't easy to get around, although on the last day of our stay we did find a lift the wasn't very well sign posted but would have made it easier to get to the breakfast room. I'd definitely recommend the hotel but be aware of accessibility issues.

We arrived very late, around midnight. The lobby attendant let us in and checked us in quickly and efficiently. She was very friendly and answered our questions in perfect English.
The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including robes and slippers.
We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which was filled with fresh local specialties.
The hotel is within 5/10 minute walk from the harbor and many things to see. Great location!
A definite good choice in Helsinki! I will return!
