Rakennus ja huoneisto yleisilmeeltään uusi ja ihan kiva paikka. Sijainti hyvä omaan tarkoitukseeni. Huoneistot ovat osa normaalia asuinkerrostaloa. Äänieristys on heikko ja asunnoista kuuluu huonolla tuurilla paljonkin häiritsevää melua. Parkkihalliin kannattaa varata paikka, koska kadulle ei pysty pysäköimään. Halli hyvä! Siisteydestä on muitakin kommentteja annettu. Varsinkin liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet olivat tahraiset eli käytin omia. Kylpyhuoneen viemärit haisivat ronskisti. Mutta kaadoin sinne reilusti vettä ja perään ruokaöljyä, mikä esti hajun. Tätä jouduin toistamaan pari kertaa asumiseni aikana. Ellers var det stile og fint inne å ute.
