"Unhelpful receptionist, barely a hello. The next day when we came in literally no eye contact and no greeting.
Booked for 2 adults and 2 children, sofa bed not made and had to make it ourselves. We didn’t check in late - it was 23:45.
Exceptionally, exceptionally hot. An electric fan in room, as advertised, but I cannot describe how uncomfortably hot this room was."

"Je me suis demandée si le ménage avait été fait depuis le dernier locataire. En effet, il y avait 2 rouleaux de papier toilette pratiquement vides, le gel douche dans la douche vide.
Nous étions 4 personnes et le canapé lit n'était pas déplié. La couette et les oreillers étaient sous le canapé dans une sorte de tiroir mais non fermé. Avaient-ils été lavés? Matelas du canapé lit trop fin: on sentait tous les ressorts et les barres du sommier!
Nous avions l'impression que la douche n'avait pas...
