"We love going to Massanutten, but… don’t waste money on the water park until they’ve finished renovating. Full price for half a park… obviously the outdoor portion is closed this time of year, but half of the indoor slides were closed, hot tub was closed as well and the price was not reduced during this time. Also, the activity schedule is more for “wine moms” to waste time while the husband is golfing. They don’t seem to offer much for the kids. The adventure park is “meh” and overpriced as well. "

"The place was ok for the value I paid, sadly the day we checked in and most the second day we did not have any hot water. Called three different times and they didn't seem very worried about it. Also a lot of plugs did not work and the dryer door was holding on by thought and prayers. The place was nice to get outdoors for a bit but very very pricey if you want to do anything and the campfire grill restaurant was very bland and not worth the outrageous prices. They will also hound you to but timeshare while you are there even if you just booked through a third party and are not looking for something like that. It was a ok stay but will be out last. "

"The condo was clean and resort was nice. Would have appreciated some lighting on the mountain roads at night. Also if the adults only hot tub at the water park is closed I would recommend making the other hot tub for adults only as that was the main thing I was looking forward to but it was closed."

"It was our first trip since 2019 and were really excited. When we arrived around 4:30-5 pm and went inside ourfirst impression was that it was very nice. Shortly after, we noticed the some unsanitary conditions. There was a blood stain in the middle room on the blanket then when we went into the primary room there was a stained blotch (which looked like dried blood) so we decided to sleep on the couch, My daughter (12) pointed out we had no privacy since there was no blind in the kitchen over the sink, no blinds on the sliding glass door and we were really close to the slopes so we moved the bar stools in front of the sliding doors and put a blanket over them to get as much privacy as we could. Other people have had the same concern. I noticed there was tape in the corners where others had the same concerns. The handrails leading downstairs were filthy. I'm sorry, there is no other way to put it. I used about half a container of Lysol wipes to try and clean them. The primary bathroom had vomit drips on the wall in front of the toilet. That was also quite gross. The door handle was very jiggly, and we thought we were alone there so I put a chair under the handle to help my daughter and myself feel more safe. I read about about the issues with internet service and read it was addressed but the connection was terrible and she had to use my hotspot. "
