« Expérience surprenante. Très bon accueil. La maison se trouve dans un très vieux village un peu à l'abandon (12 habitants). J'ai cru me retrouver dans la ferme de mes grands parents dans les années 60. Le confort est minimum mais suffisant pour nous. Seul point négatif : la cuisinière et le four sont en mauvais état. Pas de micro ondes. Pas de wifi mais la 5G fonctionne très bien à l'étage et à l'extérieur.L'arrivée se fait à pieds par une ruelle un peu difficile. Le parking est sur la place du...

Das war es aber auch schon.Die Realität weicht erheblich von der Beschreibung ab: Die zugesicherte Klimaanlage fehlt komplett – bei den Temperaturen ein gravierender Mangel.Das Internet ist praktisch unbrauchbar (ca. 1 Mbit/s über 4G). Noch schlimmer: Die Wohnung liegt in einem Funkloch, sodass auch mobiles Internet kaum funktioniert....

Aber das was einem das Gefühl von Familien gibt sind auf jedenfall Giovanni und Cecilia. Wir haben nicht damit gerechnet das es Menschen gibt die so freundlich uns und den Hunden gegenüber sind. « The place was excellent. Great views. Only two issues...1) The balcony would have been amazing, but we had no key to access it. 2) I don't believe it was mentioned, but a car is a must if you stay here. We had to find a cab to get into the town. Getting to a bus is a 15 minute, extremely dangerous walk on a narrow windy road with no shoulder. I'd still stay again, but I'd be sure to get my own transportation. »

« Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte eine super Ausstattung, vor allem was die Küche betrifft. Einen schönen Garten mit Bänken und einem großen Tisch. Die Räume haben eine ziemlich hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit aber es war stets angenehm kühl. Klimaanlage und Herd funktionierten einwandfrei. Die Kontaktierung zum Gastgeber lief schnell, verständlich und reibungslos. Die Parkmöglichkeit zur Wohnung ist ein paar Meter Bergauf entfernt und man erreicht den Strand zu Fuß in 5-10min. 👍 »

"Really friendly staff. Delicious continental breakfast included with the room. The hotel is at the top of Riomaggiore, so plan on using the 2 elevators (free QR code provided by the hotel) to go down 2 levels to the train station and the water. Otherwise the road is very steep so expect being out of breath often. Room A/C was artic cold and the little private balcony terrace overlooking the town was a huge plus. Glad we drove over from France because we were able to take a side trip to Pisa as well."

"Excellent séjour dans cet hotel parfaitement situé en centre ville. Très bon accueil (en français) et on a eu de la chance car on a pu se garer juste devant l'hotel (il y a quelques places réservées pour l'hotel, sinon c'est plus compliqué dans la rue). Chambre triple assez grande, bien équipée, climatisée. Excellent petit déjeuner avec du choix et des bons produits. Tout était parfait !"
