Arrivé sur place, pas de réception ouverte en basse saison... aucune indication pour la chambre... avec difficulté (et ayant réalisé le check-in en ligne), quelqu'un finit par nous téléphoner (après plus de 30 minutes sur place pour trouver une solution). L'employé qui vient ouvrir ne parlant que allemand, heureusement que les téléphones ont des applications de traduction. Le petit-déjeuner est basique mais correct. Après toutes ces déceptions, nous avons eu la surprise de recevoir un mail nous demandant de payer une facture... d'une chambre déjà payée... au final, un manque total de professionnalisme... dommage..."
