Definitely a dated hotel. Lifts were out of order for our entire stay, not ideal in an 8 storey hotel. No rooms were available for early check in, despite being told on the phone the day before that there should be some ready by 1pm. Fire alarm went off at 6am and then again at 6:37am, housekeeping then knocked on around 7:30am to check that we were checking out that morning (11am checkout).
The only thing that makes up for it is the location is convenient.

Very clean room. Great location. I would stay again. It only dropped a rating from me, because they only provided two coffees (1 per person), the tv didn't work (no signal) and the check-in progress was a bit too long and the staff could of been friendlier and more helpful. But I would go again and it's perfect for couples.
