"Nous avons été contacté le jour même par l'hôtel pour etre changé d'hôtel en raison de travaux. En compensation, nous devions être surclassé, ce que nous n'avons pas vu chambre quelconque avec vu sur le toit. Nous devions avoir également la gratuité du parking, ce qui a été fait, et une boisson gratuite au bar, qui sest avéré n'être qu'une biere ou verre de vin uniquement. Déçu également par l'accueil rapide et hautain, notre anglais étant élémentaire. Seul point positif le petit dej."

"Enregistrement facilité par le QR envoyé en cas d’arrivée tardive pour s’enregistrer. Il nous a suffit de le scanner en arrivant et de renseigner nos coordonnées et réaliser l’empreinte bancaire avec la CB. Petit déjeuner : incomplet ! absence de fruits, de pain, de croissant… J’ai même dû m’acheter des fruits à l’extérieur. Je suis partie en ayant faim ! Couchage : ressenti de la barre du milieu sous le matelas Nuisances sonores : trafic routier, bavardages et nombreux bruits non identifiés "
