The en suite was immaculate and the mini fridge with water and milk provided was a lovely touch. The manager, Louise, is lovely to deal with and makes the place feel like a home from home. I am booking for a second time this month. The car park on site is a huge bonus - no driving up and down the street looking for a space. (Just dont take the road to the lighthouse and then climb the scree over the hill: steep and dangerous). The room was excellent. Comfortable. Delicious dinner down stairs, and lucky for us on our night, a live singer providing a musical background atmosphere. She was lovely, and just the thing to elevate the evening to next level."
"Warm comfortable hotel with very friendly staff!"
"Very welcoming host. Comfortable room with fabulous sea view. Great shower, a little warm overnight but we've had extreme temperatures. Breakfast cooked to order and really tasty. Location was great as we walked to the Valley of the Rocks straight from the hotel. Limited parking but we were saved a space nearby on the road. Would thoroughly recommend. Lovely spot, thank you 🙂"
"**Disappointing stay, particularly for an elderly guest** We booked a two\-night stay based on the hotel’s excellent 8\.8 rating on Expedia, but unfortunately our experience fell well short of expectations\. On arrival, reception was unattended and our keys had been left on the desk. Staffing was extremely limited, the dining room was cold and we had to eat in the adjoining pub instead. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also very cold, with the hotel heating switched off despite the cold...
