Heddon's Mouth Beach Tours and Activities

Staff were helpful and friendly, the room was nice, very comfortable bed. Plenty of facilities in hotel, my stay was a good experience and I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone and its not expensive to stay

We stayed as a family of 4 in a superior apartment. The apartment itself is lovely and has been decorated really modern with nice touches. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the apartment could have been better for me. The sofa bed bedding was all in a ball in a cupboard, none of it was folded up or placed nicely so the bedding and pillows had dust and bits of rubbish on. The sofa also had bits of what looked like grass and small sticks on. The main bed was very comfortable but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, you could feel all the springs it was as if there was nothing in between to cushion. Lastly when setting up the sofa bed the rug was moved and we found lots of small pieces of glass and other bits of rubbish under the rug. If the cleanliness and Quality of the sofa bed improved then it would be a lovely stay.
