Ground floor: equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave). Living room. Lounge (fireplace, TV, Internet). 2 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed). Shower room/WC.  
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed). Shower room, WC. Washing machine.  
  
Terrace. Large enclosed flower garden of 3000 m². Parking within the property.  
Bicycles available free of charge. Ping-pong and table football.  
Electric heating + fireplace, free wood, sheets, linens, and end-of-stay cleaning included.  
You only need to bring your own towels; the owner can provide them as an option.  
  
A €300 deposit will be required upon arrival. Non-smoking cottage. Charming farmhouse located in a beautiful village in the preserved Thérain Valley.  
  
In the heart of Green Picardy, close to Gerberoy (one of the most beautiful villages in France): 4 km and hiking trails. Gournay-en-Bray 15 km. Beauvais (Paris-Beauvais Airport) 20 km. Amiens (Cathedral, Hortillonnages) 59 km. Domaine de Chantilly 64 km. Rouen (Capital of Normandy) 65 km. Dieppe 80 km.

This house is well equipped and has a large garden where you can enjoy your meal or just relax in the sun. The owners of te house are very friendly. You walk in de surrounding area trough meadows. This is a good place for those who seek a serene place to stay.
