A romantic getaway where you can lounge in an open air spa, gaze at the stars, and sit outside in front of a small open fire. Cooking facilities include an outdoor bbq and a small 3-1 oven, air fry and microwave, so you have the choice of eating in or out. Bach on Daniel is conveniently located within walking distance to the local restaurants and attractions. Or if you like take the bikes out that are located at the property and visit the wineries. Queen size bed in a small studio and an ensuite with a shower, toilet and laundry and a pull-out sofa in the sitting area. A smart TV and outdoor speakers so you can be entertained while you’re enjoying the spa. This sleep out is perfect for a short stay in Martinborough. \*Please note this property has a basic kitchenette\* Guests will have access to the entire property. Please call us between 9am and 5pm, 7 days a week during your stay if you have any questions. OR after hours only in an emergency. The square is just a short drive for you to head in and have dinner at Circus Cinema Restaurant, amazing pizza at Little Square Pizza, or tasty burgers at 5711 located in the square, have coffee at Neighbourhood cafe or meet the locals over bacon and eggs at Kitcheners. Martinborough boasts itself on incredible vineyards... take yourself to some of our favourites - Moy Hall, Colombo Martinborough, Schubert Wines, Luna Estate and On Giants\` Shoulders. Great for tastings and for lunch. If shopping is your thing, poke around in the funky lil boutique shops sprinkled around the square and grab some of the locally produced delicacies on offer. Just half an hour\`s drive from Martinborough is Lake Ferry, a sleepy beach village on the shores of Lake Onoke where it empties into rugged Palliser Bay. Go fishing with views of the South Island, try catching whitebait if you\`re here in spring - or just enjoy a sunset dinner at the Lake Ferry Hotel. They do fab whitebait fritters and flounder! There’s a lovely big deck, spa and bbq, and the property is quite private. However as mentioned in other reviews the shower cubicle needs replacing as it’s corroded around the bottom which looks dirty even if it isn’t. The shower itself has good pressure and is fine. We didn’t really like cleaning our teeth over the laundry tub. The kitchen has no bench to prepare food on and we had to butter our toast on the coffee table. Couch is comfortable and so was the bed, although the sheets were of a strange materiel. Handy to town and an easy walk. ##### JAN D.
