I get the idea behind the hotel…but poorly executed. It’s kind of a semi-brutalist interior design, with splashes of neon. A “green” hotel…great! The rooms have no AC, supposedly compensated for with the solid concrete walls, automated window shades, etc. The rooms still get a little stuffy by the afternoon. The most head-scratching thing though is the rooms have a nice modern digital thermostat controller on the wall. Nice fancy display, fully activated screen…but it does NOTHING because there is no AC. Turn on the AC settings all you want, it’s just wall-decor. Why??? The front desk staff were super nice and accomodating. Nice bed, rooms decently appointed. The on-site restuarant staff put on airs befitting food much higher scale than it is. Don’t gets wrong… it’s good food, but not thaaaat good. Priced way too high. Servers very inattentive and snobby…like you were putting them out just asking for the bill.

Lovely stay in mARTigny Hotel
My husband and I stayed here for two nights. It was easy to find and had free parking onsite. It is a relatively short walk into the pedestrian shopping zone. It appears to be a brand-new hotel and well done. We loved the art theme; each room is named after a different artist. The room was clean, comfortable, and easy to access by elevator. There was a coffee service and refrigerator in the room. The bathroom was top-notch, and the shower was excellent, hot, and strong. The room was quiet, and the electric shades were great if needed to block out light. We did not eat there, but the menu posted looked great. We had wine at the bar, and it was a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel appears to hire "disadvantaged" adults in the dining/bar area, and it was appreciated. My only negative comment is that the hotel affixed our hotel room number on the key card with a label that seemed to be a security failure. If I unknowingly had lost my keycard, the potential thief could have just gained direct access to my room! Please remove the room labels on the key, a big no-no for security!

Tried to buy a packet of food which was on sale in the lobby. Turned out to have a winged insect INSIDE the sealed bag. Staff only want to speak French. No other language, despite there being 4 official languages in Switzerland.

Staff were super helpful in navigating Covid testing requirements for us. Room was spacious and well laid out. Loved the Peruvian food at the restaurant and the attentive and well managed service by those in training.

All great! The hotel looks a bit ‘simple’ from outside but is very modern and functional inside. The peruvian restaurant is very nice and the location is 7 mins frkm the train station.

Great hotel! Modern but with a cosy feel. Spotless too. Staff were superb! Fantastic to see the hotel's hiring policy includes disadvantaged people. Great breakfast and Punk IPA on draft in the bar ;-)

We chose this hotel for it's closeness to the train station (about an 8 minute walk that was quite confusing initially), since we planned trips to Chamonix, Montreux and Zermatt. There is a small strip mall a block away, with a grocery store, so we could stock up on snacks and soda. The hotel is currently in an open area, so there's no city noise and you can barely hear the trains going by. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was impeccably clean.There is a small refrigerator, but no coffee maker. We chose not to have the breakfast, but you can get a good cup of coffee in the bar area. The main part of town beginsd at the train station, so it's very convenient to walk around and there are plenty of restaurants, bakeries and so on nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A lovely hotel on the outskirts of Martigny
A very decent hotel. A little away from the town centre but as we had a car we didn’t mind. Clean, functional, modern design. Very informative and friendly staff. The girl at the reception could not be any more helpful. Breakfast was also very good. It was a perfect stop over on our way to ski. The nearest ski area was around 15mins drive away. Loads of attractions in the region, so we will definitely be back in the summer to check it all out.

It was fine, too far from train station for me. Girl at desk went out of her way to help us with getting a bus. Seemed more like a business hotel to me. Nothing wrong at all just not my style c

Nice stopover in a great location.
Ordinary area near train station, however close walking distance into the town about 15 minutes max . Hotel was nice and new and very comfortable but the colours of the interior walkways were hideous limegreen a bit confronting .Breakfast was lovely in a beautiful Conservatory breakfast area, very delicious. The staff were pleasant and friendly.

Nice trendy hote;
The hotel feels, new and fresh. The design features of common area and the rooms make for a lively sense. The rooms are spacious and feature attractive views. The staff is amazing and warm The hotel is set away from the central village which should be a consideration depending on your activity and mobility.

Lovely hotel, very clean and modern! You really need a car to get to, but it was a good value. Staff was friendly. We did not eat at the hotel as we arrived too late, but the dining room was packed. Wish they offered breakfast a bit later than 9:30 on the weekends. Overall it was good, and a far better value than nearby Montreux...with a nice Mountain view.
