A Dump. No communication from staff. Pool was closed and no signs why or was not told about upon check on. Very strong smell in entrance with a sense in a fan blowing. Breakfast was not much to choose from. Bathroom was bad shape and door was peeling. Poor outlets. Pool was closed. Scuffs in walls in room down to Sheetrock. I have stayed at a lot of Americinn hotels and this was bad and will tell my friends not to stay here!

So sorry to hear about the poll, but we have already specified in our Wyndham website, and we have already tell Expedia and everyone that our pool has been closed. We already put a special note regarding the poll. And sorry for the inconvenience that happens.

While I understand and very much appreciate a hotel remodel, I dont expect to stay in a broken room with one that is ongoing for a full price. There were holes in the bathroom celing with exposed wire (lights had not been installed yet). The toilet rocked back and forth an incredible amount. One of the rooms we occupied had a shredded bathroom door. The tile in both bathrooms was unfinished. One bathroom fan was broken and held on by 1/4 screws and paint. The other didnt function at all. The telephones did not work at all. One television did not connect. Our shade was broken. After inspection by the desk staff, it appeared the electric wire was cut. Also, the pool was not open/usable. First we were told that it had new winter hours, then the guests in our second room were told that its fully closed. The outlet pushed in when trying to use/plug items in which was fairly unsafe feeling. I wish this info had been on the site here so we could have made a better informed decision on our stay. While the bed and lamp updates were gorgeous and it looks like it WILL be great later, I'd have really liked to stay in a room that wasnt incomplete, as did our other room guests.

bare wires exposed over the bathroom sink for the light, the shade for the window had bare wires exposed and would not go up or down so we manually rolled it up, missing tiles on bathroom floor baseboard, bare minimal breakfast food. the remodeling was poorly done and unprofessional, like they did not now how to do it. will not go there again

The door on the end of thebilding was not secured. They had tape covering up the lock mechanics so ayone could just walk in and not be detected by the front desk. Seems like they have tried to update the hotel from prevous owner and hotel chain Quality Inn but there remodeler was sloppy. Room 103 had major scratches on the walls andcpaint removed in several places. The bathroom ceiling had a bunch of splatter brown marks and the doors were beat up looking. Bed was comfortable. No business equipment at the business area.Breakfest was minimal. Pool was closed probably for remodeling but was not told that at all or hours of breakfest by desk clerk. Heard one person say they saw their room was disgusting and wanted to not stay on the property. Would not recommend at this tim.

The hotel used to be a comfort inn and is currently in the process of being "remodeled" to be an americinn inn. First it is not the cleanest, the "breakfast" was a huge disappointment and to top it off the pool was not open. This piece of information is not communicated through expedia. It is only noted on the hotel website so booking through expedia we were not aware and this was the only reason we wanted to stay two nights so our kids could swim during out work stay. The hotel manager would not honor a refund for our second stay because the hotel website stated pool closed. We were very kind when asking to cancel our second night and request a refund or discount. No budging on this though. Disappointed all around.

Rooms have been updated but seems like it was done in a hurry. Very spacious and comfortable. No pool available (either under construction or they're getting rid of it). Despite all of that, I would stay again. Very centrally located!

There was no daily house cleaning. When we arrived we found dirty towels in one of the dresser drawers. The toilet was dirty and it wasnt fixed properly to floor.

The property was in a transition. We were told the room was not complete as there was unfinished tiling in the bathroom, patched holes in the walls, open area in the wall for tissue box ( metal holder was laying on the counter), main lights did not work, no light bulbs, the electric shades did not stop and then caused the top of the shade unit to fall off. There were no hangers. When we asked about the lights and hangers, there was no offer of another room, but they suggested we use lamps and found us hangers.

I had a bad experience at a whydham the week before and thought i would tey the americinn. The room was fine but the pool was closed whixh was not stated. The rokm was nice but when i went into the bathroom the toilet did not feel attached to the floor, thw door did not close handle was falling off

Pool was shut down. Lobby bathroom smelled like a sewer. The bathroom in our room was in disrepair (loose/separated door knob, toilet paper roll holder coming out of wall).

This property would've gotten excellent all across the board, but the bathroom sink didn't work. Had to wash our hands and brush our teeth using the tub, hard on the back. The beds were amazing! Property was very clean!

Well I had paid for a standard room with a king size bed, instead got a room with 2 full beds. Also stated I would have a room with a jetted tub and it was a regular tub. Advertised a pool and hot tub that do not exist.

they advertise pool and hot tub and say they have a buffet breakfast.pool and hot tub have been shut down for the last 2 years according to the house keeper. this was the worse breakfast i ever seen. 1 gallon jug of milk sitting on counter un refridgerated,1 kind of cereal to choose from.two twinkies and 3 peach yougarts this was it for there breakfast i stayed on a monday probably 15 cars in parking lot.wallpaper peeling of wall and wall mount heater did not work in our room. expedia should do the right thing and refund me for having a hotel on there site that does not have what there advertising im a very dissapointed and im thinking of using expedia from now on.i will never stay at this dump of a motel again ruined my trip

This by far was the worst hotel i have ever stay at. Upon checking in the manager said.i dont do breakfast which was promised in price of room. Also cause we are from Montana he assume we smoked pot. That pissed me off. And the pool was not opened and they would not tell us why.. They set out a couple packages of donuts not even enough doe for all of the guest. Paid for a hotel with a pool they refused to let us used and never told us why. Main reason for booking this hotel was for breakfast and pool. One last thing no.clean towels that was gross i refuse to use same towel for a week straight. When did hotels stop cleaning rooms daily. I will not be back to the quality inn in marshfield Wisconsin again.

The reason I booked this property was because they had a pool and breakfast and they didnt have neither. Our room had mold on the bathroom vent. My daughter is highly allergic to all molds. She and I couldnt enjoy our stay we had to leave the room and leave the bathroom vent on so we couldnt smell the mold in our room. Also they should mention on the website the pool is closed and they do not serve breakfast. Very highly disappointed I will not come back to this property.
