"We did not get to stay. The whole town was without water. Eating places closed. Had to find another hotel not in Marshall. "

"Better when it was Best Western. I don’t think they properly clean the rooms . I also was made aware of security deposit at check in and never received it back. When you try to call the line just rings. Phone is located at check in desk. Just stay somewhere else"

"Room is clean, bed is comfy, staff is helpful. Safe. 5 minutes walk to airport. Would stay again. "

"Room was clean, breakfast was fine. But during the night, people were going in and out of their rooms and the door was very noisy when it closed. It lasted for hours. Back and forth. I could hear people upstairs walking constantly through the night. I guess it’s not well insulated."

"The only issue we had was that the wall bar in the shower had rusted so bad that when Mom was using it to try to get out of the shower she almost fell because the bottom had rusted apart. "
