Living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and separate WC. SLEEPING FACILITIES: 4 people max. BEDROOM: 140cm bed. LIVING ROOM: convertible sofa. KITCHEN: Fridge-freezer, microwave, 2-plates ceramic hob, dishwasher. MAXIMUM ARRIVAL TIME 18H. SANITARY: bathroom with bath, sink and washing machine. Separate WC. TV. The opening of the swimming pool is subject to the authorization of the co-ownership and normally open from 19/06 to 30/09. Deposit 250 € + 50 € returned upon departure after inventory and cleaning.
