Diantha is a recently built villa on two unconnected floors, offering its guests tastefully furnished interiors equipped with al mod cons. Thanks to its 5 bedrooms, this villa can accommodate up to 10 people.
The owners live on the same property in their own villa and occasionally use the garden which contains the heated swimming pool and the shared solarium area.
Outside the villa, a veranda equipped for al fresco dining is available to guests.
The villa is ideally located to discover the surrounding area; within a few kilometres you can explore the historic centre of Marsala, the evocative Salt Pans, the Stagnone laggon and the island of Mothia, the towns of Trapani, Erice, Segesta, Selinunte, San Vito Lo Capo and the Zingaro nature rerve.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
