* Ground Floor: Comprises a spacious dining area for 14 guests within a reception hall that can host up to 50 people in 3 different living rooms. The main living room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV (190 cm) with access to international channels and on-demand content.

* 1st Floor: Houses 3 bedrooms and suites, each approximately 25m² (except for the 40m² Essaouira Suite), all with private bathrooms and air conditioning, offering garden or city views. A shared living room is also available on this floor.

* 2nd Floor: Includes the final bedroom with similar amenities and direct access to a 200m² rooftop terrace. This space offers a breathtaking view of the city, perfect for watching the sun rise and set over the Medina.
