établissement bien situé, problème le matin au petit déjeuner , étant donné que les chambres sont autour du patio , il parait que cela fait du bruit, idem pour nos chambres situées à coté de la réception , bruit de valises , des personnes qui discutent nous avions un jeune homme qui servait le petit déjeuner avec grande competence et grande gentillesse , merci à lui , si non, tout est très propre .

Great stay!

A couple of small teething issues with it being a new hotel but the staff were very attentive, always eager to help and generally made the experience a very positive one. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast usually included omelette, bread and a couple of other items. Would definitely recommend!

Établissement manque d'investissement les fenêtres des chambres donnent à l'extérieur beaucoup de bruits des voitures et des motos toute la journée et la nuit les chambres du bas sont situées à côté de l'acceuil donc on entend le téléphone sonner et les gens parler et pas assez de lumières, j'ai du changer la chambre 3 fois franchement pour se reposé je le déconseille les points positives de riad l'emplacement est très bien située le personnel très gentil et accueillant et la literie très confortable. Pensez à investir un peu et faire des fenêtres doubles vitrages même triple et refaire les douches avec des bordures et faire des rangements dans les chambres car ce n'est pas pratique de laisser nos habilles dans les valises durant notre séjour pour terminer un grand merci pour le personnel de riad abdel jalil et adil etc..... Cordialement

Nice roof top terrace, but breakfast are very BAD (only bread, instant coffee and fake orange juice). We had to change our room 4 times when we arrived because A/C was not working in any of them. The shower in the room we got was terribly leaking and water was spilling everywhere ... not only in the bathroom, but in the bedroom and the hallway too! The guy at the reception had to cleanup the water out of our room at midnight, not a fun experience. Quiet and beds are very comfortable. Location was good, not directly in the medina but very close. It's convenient for taxi and stuff like that. Although I didnt feel that safe in the area walking back to the riad with my girlfriend. We needed to ask simple things like toilet paper, towels, garbage can, etc.

Отель был забронирован по дороге из Эсуэйры в Марракеш, чтобы переночевать. На выбор в первую очередь повлияло размещение, хотелось остановится недалеко от мечети Кутубия и площади Джамаа-эль-Фна. В наличии был единственный трехместный номер, который и был оплачен. Однако вечером при заселении нам был предоставлен двухместный номер. Разбираться желания не было, целый день в переездах-путешествиях, валились с ног и жена сказала остаемся. Рано утром оказалось что мешает шум с улицы, на которую выходят окна номера. Звукоизоляции нет и слышны все звуки наполненной восточной улицы. Так же неприятный момент вызвала оплата городского сбора, на сайте указанно 3 евро с человека за ночь, однако нам выставили счёт на 10€, мелочь конечно... Вообще риад место необычное и было интересно познакомится с его устройством. Так как сравнивать не с чем, первый раз жил в риаде, поэтому я воздержусь от оценок, но считаю что цена за отель завышена. Мы жили в Агадире в отеле за меньшие деньги, но совсем другого уровня. Какие 3.5 звезды.... Видимо это цена за уникальность и аутентичность риадов) Дня на Марракеш конечно мало, не всё успел посмотреть даже из запланированного, когда-нибудь постараюсь вернуться ещё, но отель выберу другой.

Il nostro soggiorno è durato solo una notte ...... il Riad era carino ma molto piccolo , le stanze pur essendo piccole erano molto confortevoli e pulite ...... mi aspettavo un Riad più grande e visibile in città ma nonostante tutto carino giusto per pernottarvi una notte o due non di più .
