"Superbe hôtel ! L’ambiance est très conviviale et familiale. Nous avons énormément apprécié le personnel, toujours souriant, à l’écoute, serviable et aux petits soins avec la clientèle, même jusqu’à 4 heures du matin. Le cadre est chaleureux et l’on s’y sent comme en famille. Nous y avons séjourné du 6 au 10 juillet 2026, puis, après une coupure de quelques jours, nous sommes revenus du 15 au 19 juillet 2026. Cela en dit long sur notre satisfaction ! Un grand merci à toute l’équipe de Cunda Garden pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. 🌹❤️"

"We had a very pleasant stay at The Marmara Taksim, and we would like to sincerely thank the entire hotel team for their warm welcome, availability, and professionalism. The location, quality of service, and attention given to guests fully reflect the standards expected from a hotel of this category. However, we would like to share one negative point that we believe deserves to be mentioned. When we went to the 20th floor to inquire about Okra Istanbul restaurant, we were very disappointed by the attitude of the two staff members present at the restaurant entrance. Their behavior came across as cold, unpleasant, and unprofessional, which ultimately discouraged us from dining there. We understand that Okra Istanbul is operated by an independent company and is separate from the hotel management, but it is still located within The Marmara Taksim, and the experience provided by its staff can naturally have an impact on the overall reputation of the hotel. We hope this feedback will be taken into consideration so that every area of the property reflects the same level of hospitality and quality as the excellent service provided by The Marmara Taksim hotel team."
