"Upon my arrival there were some discrepancies with my room but Mya at the front desk took care of me she was very professional and hospitable. She went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my room! The next morning I met Deedee at the front desk who was absolutely amazing as well! The location has a great staff keep up the great work ladies I will most definitely return!"

"Stay here. Just stay here in Tuscaloosa, AL. House is in a neighborhood that is quiet. Home is close to everything, shops (Aldi, Publix,Walmart and Piggly Wiggly w/in 10 min) restaurants, the college and in our case family. The house looks brand new. All appliances worked very well. The house was immaculately cleaned. There are utensils, air fryer, pots and pans, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner and body wash provided as well as some other personal touches. Toilet paper was already there and paper towels until you can get to the store. Everything was lovely. We had 6 people comfortably staying. The best landing spot at the end of the day! Thank you again for our stay."

"Wonderful house in quiet, peaceful area, and so great to have swimming and fishing right in the backyard! Plenty of beds and baths for 23 of us, and well furnished with kitchen items, games, bathroom supplies and even beach towels. It was very clean and everything worked well. The pool was wonderful - great size, with water slide, diving board and large shallow area for the littler ones. Lots of floats and toys, and loungers in the shade for observers. The kids were thrilled to easily catch lots of (little) fish off the pier. The only suggestion we’d make is to update the boating area. The kayaks and paddle boat are older and hard to use, and it’s very difficult to get them in and out of the lake, with small tree trunks sticking up on the bank. Adult life jackets are provided but none for kids. Overall, we had a fantastic time, and the family is already lobbying to make this our regular vacation spot. Thank you!"

"The property was a wonderful place for us to stay for our daughter’s graduation! The land was beautiful, the home very clean, great kitchen with gorgeous view for morning coffee! A great place for a group to stay! Easy to get to Tuscaloosa as well!!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this historic home! It was really cool to stay in a home that has so much history. Because this is an old home, and out in the country, this home is clean, but due to the age of the cabinets and windows and such, it wasn't as clean as a five star resort in some big city - but it certainly felt like home! Although there is no TV and wifi is not strong in all areas of the house, we had a great time playing cards together and laughing together. Our stay was short and we had quite a bit of rain, so we didn't explore the property like we had planned. There was a ton of room for the 5 of us and I thought we would probably hear my parents snoring in the downstairs bedroom with us being in the upstairs bedroom and we didn't hear a sound. Lol! Beds are comfortable and communication with Cooper was so easy. We chose this home to stay in because of it's history, how close it is to Marion (we were in town for MMI's SAP convocation ceremony), and that it enabled my parents to stay in one place with us. I'd highly recommend staying here -- just be prepared -- you will unplug and spend hours talking to and laughing and connecting with your loved ones...definitely one of the highlights of our stay!"
