"The staff were friendly, the room was clean and adorable! Breakfast was perfect each morning. The gym, hot tub and steam room was amazing as well! We had a lovely stay! A great location, within walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do!"

"The the bed was really comfortable. Nice private space. Great location. The apartment could do with a bit of TLC around the kitchen. The shower pressure was the worst I've ever come across. At some stages it was just a dribble of water. I did highlight this at reception but it didn't improve. There was a horrible pungent smell in the room and it was coming from the bathroom. The bathroom was consistently damp and the shower was slow to drain so I'd say that was the issue. "

"It was impossible to have to go far away from the apartment to “register”, and only get instructions to get keys who then still were a block away from the apartment, in a lockbox that was hidden in an area behind two doors (not exaggerating), and nobody explained that there were two different codes -one to get behind the doors, then another one (that they forgot to tell us!) to open the lockbox to the key….. We finally got in, only to find someone working on a broken bathroom door… it was cold..."

"There should be a door to the toilet/ shower not a shower curtain . The water is slow to go down drain from shower so you have to go toilet with water on the floor .you should be able to open the door nearer to the kitchen as there is no extrator fan when cooking this is a health and safety issue "
