"Check in started off with staff that seemed annoyed to be helping a customer check in. During the stay, we reached out for more pillows. It took almost an hour to get a response, which they texted, and we said never mind since it was nearly 11pm. About 30 mins later, they then proceeded to call the room and ask us again if we wanted more pillows after we had already gone to sleep. The bathroom did not look clean upon check in, and neither did the fridge, microwave, and the side chair, which had bodily fluids on it. We will most likely not be returning to this hotel in the future. "
