"Overall, the hotel delivers a great experience in many respects, with excellent amenities, a prime location, beautiful views, and a fantastic breakfast. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the bedroom itself. The rooms feel quite outdated, and the beds are not as comfortable as expected for a hotel of this standard. While I genuinely enjoyed my stay overall, the condition of the bedrooms took away from what could have been an exceptional experience. With some updates and improvements to the rooms, this hotel could easily match the high quality it offers in every other area."

"Breakfast each day was nice and fresh maybe a little disorganised but, we managed to work out where things were. However, some improvements can be made on juice machine as none of the juices actually tasted of anything and definitely not juice Everything else was very good! "

"We had a really lovely stay at this hotel, we didn’t realise we arrived on their first day of the season but found everything to be organised, super clean, and the staff were all so friendly and polite which is really important to us. The pool area is very nice and was relaxing, and the bar staff were also super lovely and helpful (thanks for making my oat milk drinks!) The bedroom we had with a balcony was really nice, I would advise that unless you’re happy to sleep in 2 single beds as a couple. To ask for a double mattress topper, which we did. Definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Portals, we would be happy to return, thanks!"

"The breakfast was amazing and the hotel and amenities lovely. It was really easy to get to Palma by either bus or cab. We checked out early and put the bags in the store room as we had a late flight and thought it would help, so that they could turn the room around comfortably for the next guests. .Unfortunately I left something in the room and realised soon after but wasn’t allowed to retrieve it and was told that housekeeping would check. They didn’t. We also weren’t told that you have to book the courtesy room to shower and change so I had to use the spa which doesn’t have lockable changing rooms. Just a bit of a dampener after an otherwise lovely stay."

"The room was very clean and well planned, more than usual hotel rooms. Lots of wardrobe space and build in space to put your bag. The shower had a fixed shower glass screen which is much better than the flimsy doors or curtains that you sometimes get. "
