"Guy at the front desk very happy and helpful. Super nice. The hallway carpet needs replacement but honestly my room was very clean and im satisfied with my one night stay. Everything worked like it should in my room! Same guy was at the front desk when I left the next morning he wished me a good day and off I went. Will return if in Gainesville again."

"The casino was the best part of our stay. The hotel i was disappointed in. No breakfast, very little options to choose from the snack section. The room i booked months in advance was overvooked when we got there. Highly disappointed in the hotel. The room was very hot. Pillows on the bed were couch pillows not bed pillows. We called down for a blanket and was told no. The staff was not there to help is in anyway. Wont be staying there again. "

"Price quoted was $77 total- I was charged $110. I called front desk at 5:00 PM (from the land line) to inform them that the AC was not cooling- room was at 77 degrees and this was not acceptable. We got back to out room at 12:00 AM- it was 75 degrees. Went to check out after a awful night of sleeping on top of the sheets and was told I asked about the price, they said "prices change". I ask about the AC ... they said they had "no record" of me calling. No "continental breakfast" as described on the website. WORST motel experience EVER! Richard E Petty 469-855-8342"
