"Wonderful location on margins of Kalahari desert. Make use of hiking trails of partner lodge 8km away, where we saw giraffes and other animals. Tented lodge accommodation wonderful, but it did get extremely cold at 3 degrees during the night, so minimally ask for an extra blanket depending on the weather forecast. Swimming pool should be closed to save water, extremely cold. Dinner was good quality cooking, but European-international food, not what we have come to Africa for. At least have an...

"We were there in February (Namibian summer) so it was hot in the tent during the day, and the huge water-filled cooling thingy (don't know what it's called) didn't help at all, if anything it made the tent hotter not to mention the noise it made. We decided to just open the windows and through in the warm breeze. It was better once the sun had gone down. Otherwise it was a great stay. Staff were nice and friendly and we enjoyed the sundowner game drive."

"Subtle, modest, room and facilities located in the beautiful valley between two red dunes. Very clean - room and the surrounding. Crispy white linen with a nice embroidered with two deer. We really relaxed the stay of two nights. The morning San walk was great and included in the room price. "

"We had a friendly welcome to the hotel. The owners took time to chat, which has not been the norm. It is very secure with inside parking. Car washing was offered. We didnt get the triple room that we had booked, but the room offered had a huge double bed in a spacious room that was sufficient for our needs. The bathroom was large with a bath and shower. Separate toiletries would have been useful. It was all clean and tidy with good linens. The outside porch was a nice place to sit. Breakfast had some variety and was taken in a pleasant dining room. The hotel itself is a great place to stay for a day or two, but dining options are restricted to fast food and a mediocre restaurant."

"Relatively small rooms, but appointed so beautifully. The resort is attractive and although the reserve is relatively small (<20,000 hectares) compared to Okonjima,it’s significantly more affordable. Highly recommend doing the evening sundowner ride (extra charge, but worth it)"
