RELAXING, BEACH STYLE, WATERFRONT HOME. This lovely home sits on over an acre of waterfront on the pristine waters of Merritt's Mill Pond in Marianna, FL. This is a unique 202-acre spring-fed impoundment with crystal clear waters near the city limits of Marianna. The pond currently holds the state record for redear sunfish (shellcracker) at 4.86 pounds and until recently held the world record fish. While Merritt’s Mill Pond still produces quality redear sunfish, it also produces quality largemouth bass. This 3400 sf waterfront home is a four bedroom, four bathroom beauty designed for comfort and enjoyment.

The Best in Marianna!
This house is absolutely amazing and totally gorgeous. We could have been equally happy to live out on the dock on the clear Merrit Mills Pond connected to the house. Super tranquil & extremely convenient location with most activities being an average of 6 minutes away, including the State Park, Kayaking, Shopping, and Restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again.

Wow! Beautiful and right on the springs!
We had a wonderful experience over Labor Day Weekend. We stayed with our adult children and two small grandchildren and the four bedrooms with each having a bathroom was such a treat. The dock on the water was the best part. The host provided kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets etc for all the water fun we thoroughly enjoyed. The chairs on the dock under the large covered roof were perfect for hours of fun without getting too much sun. We will definitely be back! The hosts provided an awesome experience!

Amazing Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this weekend. The house and property were beautiful. Having direct access to Millpond was amazing. Our kids loved fishing, kayaking and swimming. It was so relaxing and fun. Definitely a place we’d visit again. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer. This was a fantastic family trip.
